Elena update:

So, as many of you have already heard, Elena (our 2-yr old) was
admitted yesterday into Cape Fear Hospital b/c her x-rays showed she
had quite a bit of pneumonia/bacteria in her R lung with a small amt
of fluid...on top of her high temp, raspy cough & rapid respiratory
rate. She tested negative for the flu--praise God! They started her on
Rocephin yesterday.

Here's the current skinny:

1.) Thank you all SO much for your thoughts, words & prayers!!! I know
God is listening!
2.) The skinny: Temp hovering around 99-100.
3.) O2 Saturation = 97%-98%.
4.) BPM = 149.
5.) Took 2nd set of x-rays this a.m. (front, lateral & laying on side)
6.) She had a fairly decent appettite this a.m.
7.) Staying pretty hydrated.
8.) Does have little fluid in R lung.
9.) Receiving next dose of Rocephin now.
10.) Still pretty lethargic. (a lot is going on in her little body).
In the physical, she doesn't appear to have improved a whole lot, but
thankfully, we know our God is doing some great stuff behind the scenes!
11.) We have been blessed with some of the most amazing friends &
family in the whole world!! THANK YOU! You all mean SO much to us!!!
12.) God heals & answers prayer!
