Took our 2-yr old daughter to the E.R. They admitted her after a series of tests & X-rays. We're at the hospital with her now & will be over night--possibly tomorrow night as well.
She's had a fever & based on her x-rays, her right lung has alot of pneumonia/bacteria & a little fluid. They administered Rocephrin & some other antibiotic. Her fever has subsided a little. They conducted flu tests & all came up negative.
She's currently hooked up to an I.V. & an O2 Saturation Monitor.
The doc comes again in the morning to evaluate, conduct more x-rays, administer another dose of Rocephrin & have a surgeon look at her as well.
God-willing, there will be no need for a surgeon. There will be NO need.

So far, that's all the info I know at this point.
I also know that even more powerful than any of the gizmos or drugs are all your prayers! I know God is the great Healer & Physician & will heal her.
